A 29 year old North Bay man is facing several charges after being apprehended during a break-in earlier today in a shed on King Street.

The charges include trespass by night, assault, break and enter with intent, possession of break-in tools and possession of an illegal substance.

Police say someone entered a locked shed on a residential property and was confronted by the home owner while another resident called police.

Upon arrest, police uncovered a small amount of suspected crystal methamphetamine and an additional possession charge was laid.
