An active COVID-19 case in health unit coverage area

North Bay-Parry Sound District Health Unit statistics say there is one active case of COVID-19 in the coverage area.

It is someone 20-39 who acquired the virus through community transmission in the Parry Sound District and is self isolating.

There have been 41 cases to date.

39 are listed as recovered and there’s been one death.
