Former North Bay Battalion forward Matthew Struthers has signed an AHL contract with the Cleveland Monsters.
The team is the top affiliate of the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Struthers was traded from the Troops to Owen Sound in December 2019.
In 116 games in North Bay, he scored 56 goals and 73 assists.
He played five seasons in the OHL, starting with the Attack, who traded the centre to North Bay midway through the 2017-18 season.
Struthers collected 91 goals and 126 assists in 298 OHL games.
