Another local COVID-19 case has been 'resolved'

Another one of the local COVID-19 cases is now resolved.

The latest involved a man in his 30’s who acquired the virus through community transmission.

That brings to four the total number of resolved cases.

One of the two remaining cases involves a person who is hospitalized while the other is self-isolating.

Meantime, the North Bay and Area Community Foundation and the Rotary Club of North Bay have announced the first recipients of the COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund.

The North Bay Food Bank will get $5,000 while the Gathering Place will received $2,500.

The Fund directly supports local organizations on the frontlines, specifically those in healthcare and food security.
