Water leak closes Pete Palangio Arena

Pete Palangio Arena is expected to be back open Thursday night at 6 pm.

That’s the word from the city who closed double rinks Wednesday night after a significant water leak inside the building.

Officials took to social media to say they’re now waiting for parts needed for the repairs.

We expect to reopen Pete Palangio Arena Thursday at 6 p.m. The arena was closed due to a significant water leak inside and we are currently awaiting the arrival of parts needed for the repair. pic.twitter.com/YVWbW7VMi4
