Construction on new hotel begins next month

A luxury Marriott Hotel is being built off highway 17 West, on Eloy Road.

Officials tell BayToday it will be a 92-room hotel and cost around $16-million.

It will create 20 full-time jobs and upwards of 10 or more part-time jobs, when it is fully opened next summer.
