A 44 year old North Bay man is facing a break and enter and commit mischief charge.

Police say early Saturday morning around 2 am someone broke into a Norwood Avenue home.

Two windows were broken.

Police say the victim was in his residence and heard a noise at the front door.

When the door was opened a male not known to the victim forced his way in.

Police say they were called and a male was still on scene when they arrived and an arrest was made.

North Bay Police are investigating someone breaking in to a Fisher Street business early this morning.

Glass was broken and $100 was stolen.

Anyone with information is asked to call North Bay Police or Near North Crime Stoppers as the suspect left the business a short time after entry.
