A 27 year old North Bay man is facing several charges including break, enter and commit theft, 5 other counts of theft, possession of purple fentanyl and possession of property obtained by crime.

Police say an investigation into a break-in on Main West on February 4th and a following search netted a small amount of fentanyl and over $1,400 in Canadian currency.

Police also learned through video surveillance the male was responsible for several other thefts as they uncovered expensive colognes, liquor and clothes.

The total amount of that merchandise close to $4,200.

Police say they’re also looking for a 2nd person in connection with the first incident.
