Get ready for a dumping of snow and blowing snow tomorrow into Wednesday.

A winter storm watch is in effect for the North Bay area.

Environment Canada says we can expect 25 to 35 cm of snow by the time it tapers off during the day on Wednesday.

Blowing snow with winds gusting up to 70 km/h are also expected.

This snow is associated with a Colorado low that will cross Southern Ontario Tuesday and Wednesday.

The impending winter weather in North Bay has caught the attention of YouTube weather sensation Frankie MacDonald in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

He’s encouraging everyone here to be prepared and safe.
