Both North Bay RONA stores are staying open and officials say they’re here to stay.
In a release, Operating Partner of Lakeview RONA and RONA McGaughey Carlo Guido says the two local stores are leaders within the RONA group.
He credits a great team, personal service and community ties with a record year.
“Our new appliance division, refreshed online shopping experience at RONA.ca combined with our team and strong support from our local building community have all contributed to an excellent year,” Guido says.
Lowe’s recently announced one store in Sudbury and two in the Soo were among the underperforming stores that will close.
