Two North Bay residents, a 28 year old male and a 23 year old female face several charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine, possession of property obtained by crime and possession of a prohibited weapon.

North Bay Police say the charges were laid following an investigation that started in mid October.

Several items were seized including cocaine, a set of a brass knuckles taser, $2,600 in Canadian currency and a small amount of suspected oxycodone pills.

Police say the total value of the seized drugs and items is $34,000.
