The annual fall food drive for the North Bay Food Bank is done.

On Wednesday, Ecole Secondaire Algonquin students collected 2,800 pounds of food.

That’s in addition to close to 11,000 pounds of food earlier collected by students at St Joseph-Scollard Hall, Widdifield and West Ferris.

That brings the total to 13,600.

Meantime, the food bank says this month’s food of the month include baby food and pablum.

They’re also in need of large sized diapers and wipes.
