Another three games in three days for the Powassan Voodoos.

They look to continue their 26 game unbeaten streak with a trip to Michigan tomorrow night (Fri) to play the Soo Eagles.

Powassan is back in Ontario for games Saturday against the Soo Thunderbirds and Sunday in Blind River.

The Voodoos, meantime, continue to hold down the number 2 spot in the CJHL Top 20.

A busy weekend of OUA varsity sports,

The Nipissing men’s hockey team is in Kingston tomorrow night (Fri) playing RMC.

They also host UOIT on Sunday night.

Both Lakers basketball teams play Carleton tomorrow night and Ottawa on Saturday.

The Nipissing volleyball teams host Trent on Saturday.

Back to hockey, the Lakers women’s team is in Windsor on Saturday, then travels to London Sunday to take on Western.

In OCAA men’s basketball, Canadore has two games this weekend.

The Panthers entertain Algonquin tomorrow night (Fri) then La Cite on Saturday.

Meantime, both Canadore volleyball teams play La Cite on Sunday.

The North Bay Midget AAA Trappers are in Timmins tomorrow night (Fri) for a game against the Majors.

North Bay then travels to Kapuskasing for games Saturday and Sunday against the Flyers.

It’s called “Riglet Park” and it’s a great opportunity for kids between the ages of 3 and 6 years old to try snowboarding for free.

The all-day session on Saturday at Laurentian Ski Hill is being put on by Snowboard Ontario.

Equipment is being provided.

Children just need to be dressed warm for the weather.
