City police report a second suspect in an ongoing robbery investigation was taken into custody on Tuesday at Police Headquarters.

18 year old Isaac Ashfield is charged with two counts each of robbery with violence and forcible confinement, along with one count of extortion.

Another man was charged on Monday.

The charges stem from an incident earlier this month.
