Outstanding and astonishing.

That’s what one review says about TorQ Percussion Quartet, who will be performing at St. Joseph-Scollard Hall tonight (Wednesday).

They’re described as four men that play various percussion instruments including mallets, drums, bells and Maracas.

Marla Sunstrum of Music Makes Us North Bay says they will be performing for the students during the day at a couple of workshops.

Those sessions go from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and 1 pm to 3 pm.

Sunstrum expects a thousand students will attend the workshops.

Meantime, the performance tonight starts at 7:30 pm.

Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults.
