North Bay Police have charged a 44 year old former Oshawa man after a recent break-in to a restaurant on Hammond Street.

Police say a man riding a bicycle and wearing the same clothing and face covering of a suspect caught on video in that recent break-in (pictured below) was spotted around three o’clock this morning (Tuesday) in the Worthington and Ferguson Street area.

After he fled the scene, discarded a crowbar and ran through some residential backyards he was arrested in the 100 block of Worthington Street East.

The man faces five charges including break and enter, disguise with intent and trespass at night.

He was also ticketed for not having a proper light on his bicycle.
