The Clarion Resort Pinewood Park has been sold.

The new owners are Jay Virdi and Garry Arora.

Virdi who is the managing director says they are excited to move to North Bay and to invest in this iconic landmark. General Manager Susan Ray says the new team is committed to an improvement plan that includes a facelift to the exterior and the modernization of the banquet halls and lighting throughout the facility. Arora says their first step is to meet the staff, thank them for their dedication and provide them the tools they need to give the guests the experience of a lifetime. The hotel will now be known as as the Pinewood Park resort and Conference Cemtre.
