City-hall1The city is continuing it’s directional flushing program, with the latest areas impacted being Marshall Avenue to Gertrude Street and from Tweedsmuir Drive to Lakeshore Drive.

The city says flushing started Wednesday and will continue until further notice from 8 am to 4 pm daily.

Officials say the flushing may cause low water pressure or dirty water. It says the water pressure will return to normal once the flushing process is stopped.

The Water and Waste Water department says if your water doesn’t return to normal once the city leaves your area run your cold water from one of your taps from between a half hour and an hour to clear up the problem.
