Monday incident has police looking to speak to pickup driver

City police are looking to speak with the driver of a small, two-door red pickup truck that was involved in an incident that saw a longboard skater struck on Wyld Street.

Police say around 10:15 pm on Monday a skateboarder crossed the eastbound lane of Wyld Street and was struck by the pickup.

The driver stopped to check on the teenager, who told him he was okay.  

Both left the scene without sharing information.

Police were later contacted and are now looking to speak with the pickup driver.
