Former Y Titan qualifies for 200 metre women's backstroke final at the Pan Am Games

Former North Bay Y Titan Dominique Bouchard finished first in her heat in the 200 metre backstroke at the Pan Am Games in Toronto this morning (Wednesday).

In fact, Bouchard was first out of all three heats, followed by fellow Canadian Hilary Caldwell.

Bouchard completed the race with a time of 2:09:59 and will swim in the final tonight at the Aquatics Centre venue.

That race goes at about 8:25 pm.
