A warning from the Bonfield Fire Department after a human-coyote encounter.

They posted on social media last night (pictured below) that they received word a man was attacked and received several bites from a coyote.

The incident happened in the area of Maple Road and Webbs Road in Bonfield.

Residents are encouraged to be aware of increased coyote activity.
