It’s not everyday someone from North Bay is nominated for a Daytime Emmy… but that’s the case this spring.
Jordan Guy, who’s originally from North Bay, is part of a team nominated for outstanding sound editing in a pre-school animated program.
“It’s called ‘If You Give A Mouse A Cookie’ it’s on Amazon, we did the sound effects, dialogue editing and backgrounds, just a small group of us” he says.
Guy says they found out about the nomination at work.
“Kind of gathered around the computer and just scrolled through the list and when we saw our names we started freaking out a bit,” he says.
He and the team are looking forward to going to Los Angeles at the end of the month for the awards gala.
