The North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority has issued a Water Conditions-Flood Outlook statement.

Duty Officer Joel Harrison says water levels will continue to rise due to run off from recent precipitation and melting snow.

He says serious flooding is not expected but this statement means there is potential for flooding if there of heavy rain, snow melt or high winds.

Harrison says the conservation authority will continue to monitor the situation.
