North Bay Hydro is advising it’s phone service will be down for a couple of hours today (Wednesday, February 7th) from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

It’s for planned maintenance.

Officials say if you experience a power outage a secondary phone number of 705-497-5000 can be called.

However, they say you must identify you are calling as a North Bay Hydro customer as it is not a dedicated line.
