A 40 year old city man is facing charges of uttering threats, assault peace officer and breach after a couple incidents yesterday (Tuesday).

It’s alleged the man visited some friends, then threatened to kill them.

Police were contacted about that incident and were also called to an Algonquin Avenue gas station about reports of an unwanted male being there.

He was identified as the man in the earlier incident.

Police say he began to resist arrest with additional officers helping take the man into custody.
