Fedeli opposes budget motion but it passes anyway

Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli says the provincial election can’t come soon enough.

This after a motion to approve the provincial budget was passed by a 53-39 vote.

Fedeli says the vote calls on MPP’s to support the budgetary policy of the government and that’s something he has no confidence in.

Fedeli says the budget includes spending on things like health care, schools and community safety but the actual vote is based on the budgetary framework and that’s something he couldn’t support.
