Still no deal in the four month old lockout at Children’s Aid.

Talks that were held Thursday have broken off.

CAS says the union isn’t budging on the Sick Leave Benefit and is considering it’s next steps.

CUPE says it’s time for the province to take action to end the lockout.

The union says it’s affecting their workers and causing possible long term harm to the children and families they serve.

CUPE is holding a march and rally on Friday.

The lockout began December 23rd.
