HANDS The Family Help Network has launched an on line tool to help parents identify early signs of the autism spectrum.

In a release, HANDS says it provides parents of young children from ages 16-30 months with information on recognizing the signs of autism.

And if there are signs there is an on line a connection to support and guidance.
